Steve Poppen is a Senior Project Manager in charge of all new construction estimating and management.

Like all of us at John Kraemer & Sons, Steve grew up in the construction industry learning how to pound nails with his father. Steve brings a great understanding of residential construction to the table along with a very detailed, fair and organized style of management. He has 25+ years of experience in the homebuilding and remodeling industry.

On the front end of a project Steve is in charge of setting budgets and bidding for our clients. However, his job does not stop there. Even after a project begins, Steve works tirelessly to ensure that each of our clients are not only receiving the best quality, but the best value as well.
