2-Time Builder of the Year
Award Winner
The 'Builder of the Year' award is the most coveted distinction a member of the
Builder's Association can receive. This honor recognizes trust, communication,
loyalty and ethics in builders. Gary Kraemer earned this award in 2009 and
1999, and was runner-up in 2008 and 1997. Gary is humbled by the fact that he is
the only two-time winner of this award in business today.
2-Time "Best
of Remodeling" Award from Houzz
Houzz (www.houzz.com)
is the leading online platform for home remodeling, information,
advice and support for homeowners and home improvement
professionals. More than 1.2 million registered members of the Houzz
community rated their experience working with remodeling
professionals. Liza Hausman, vice president of marketing for Houzz
said, "This is a real stamp of approval for John Kraemer &
Sons, Inc. from the Houzz community and we’re thrilled to welcome
them to this elite group of ‘Best Of’ winners" in both 2012 and
2013.

COTY Awards
John Kraemer & Sons won four
2012 Contractor of the Year awards from the MN chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, including:
Best Whole House Renovation over $500,000, Best Historic Renovation, Best Addition over $200,000,
and Best Newcomer Award. (It was our first year being a member of NARI.)

2008 and 2009 People's Choice Awards
People who tour the fall Parade of Homes™ are asked to rate various
aspects of each home based on their "ideal" for the price. John Kraemer & Sons
is proud have earned the People's Choice Award for two consecutive years.
2009 Trillium Award
The 2009 fall Parade of Homes tour earned John Kraemer & Sons a Trillium Award
for exterior design. We also won the award for Best Brochure.

Builder
The Parade of Homes™ and Remodeler's Showcase selects a few
homes out of thousands each year as the "Dream Homes" featured
in their Parade of Homes. John Kraemer & Sons was proud to be
